Deal with a Troll.
by Draginbeard

Howdy folks.

Negative feedback is something that am trying to gear up and deal with. So far I haven't  gotten much in the way of any feedback, but that's ok.  I'm not doing this to please anyone besides myself, and I wouldn't even know how to do that anyway.

Still, I am putting things up where they can be seen by anyone who cares to look. So the odds are that someone will eventually point out how bad they think my work is.

I've never been one to shut my mouth when I can just as easily shoot it off, so I kind of looked into how to deal with trolls, haters, and generally unpleasant people you are likely to encounter on the web.

If you have played in any mmo, or even facebook game with a world chat feature, you know already what kinds of really hateful things people inflict upon each other. So how do you deal with them?

After weeks of searching the internet and asking pointed questions, I came up with one singular answer.

Be nice.

That's it. Really. If someone attacks you on the internet, know that they are more than likely trying to get a reaction out of you because they themselves aren't happy with their situation.

So the plan is to listen to what they have to say, try and see if there isn't anything to what they are saying, acknowledge that bit, and thank them for checking out the comic.

I found a really entertaining response to the question here.  (language is a little on the dirty side, be advised)

Anyway, this was basically for both myself and anyone who is putting themselves out there. Dont let the angry people get you down.

Be cool, Honey bunny. Be cool.

See you all next update
