Chapter two progress.
by Draginbeard

Howdy folks,

I'm a day early for this blog, but I had some time and thought I would use it for this. Besides, I was late one day last week...or the week before, I don't recall exactly.

Been a good drawing week for me. I managed a cover to the 2nd chapter,  plus the first 5 pages, all inked and scanned in. Tonight I will start on pages 6 & 7. Jolly comes face to face with more fallout from the machine.

Work on the second chapter is coming along, albeit a little slower than I was hoping, but I'm going though the usual 3 - 5 drafts in art and dialog per page and that tends to bring things down to a crawl. I have the chapter mapped out, but things occur to me that I hadn't considered when I did the outline, and of course I want to produce the best pages I can.

Halloween is coming, hard to believe we are half way through the month already. I'm working on coloring the Halloween page which will post on the 31st. Then it's time to start considering what I want to do for the Thanksgiving page. Yeah, I prefer to stay as far ahead as I can. I like a fat buffer. If I can finish all the pages I've inked this coming week, then I will be a full two months ahead, and that will be awesome!

Walking Dead season 3 starts up tomorrow night, and I'm hoping to catch that, I haven't seen all of second season yet, but I have it on order, and I should have it in my hot little hands by the end of the week.

Not much else to talk about, like I mentioned, I have a ton of color work to tackle, and I had best get to drawing up some more!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend, and I will see you next update!
