For anyone just joining the story, l have included a quick recap.

The cave is sealed, the dragons have flown off thinking him dead (hopefully) , Jolly goes back to end of the cave in search of a way out.

But standing there among dead friends and brothers in arms, there is a sharpness of heartache and guilt. Even the hardest heart can be pierced, if only for a moment.

Happy birthday Matt!!

Thanks =) Drawing every day is starting to even things out for me.

Story wise, things will start tying together a little more before very long. The cave has not given up all of its secrets yet.

Awwwh how CAPtivating! The art is looking Great by the way. Also i noticed that new font you have there, I think it really works great for your story, at least for the narration bits if anything. Now lets see how Jolly's gonna get his foot out of this bucket of syrup!!!

Hehehe Jolly really did jump into this with both feet, sure enough! As yet he still doesn't know the extent of the trouble brewing for him.

I don't do much in the way of Narration, Its not my strong suit. The font is another blambot special (free font) called BottleRocket BB. I really like it for a narrator voice.

Thanks =)

Some things are easy to push to the back of your mind, but when you are feeling overwhelmed, it can take a few minutes to get a grip and focus.

Will the air grow even worse without a fresh draft or will it actually get better if still air allows it to settle?

Draginbeard
If left undisturbed, the dust would settle, and buy him more time. But only a little more.

Its in this moment, in the wake of your companions defeat, you realize "Damn, should of rolled cleric."

All jokes aside, this page is awesome, especially with the ending word boxes. A recap of last chapter is a bonus too!

Thanks, the recap was sort of half planned, but it blended well with the mood of the page.

There is an old death cry from a previous gaming group I ran. When a character was about to meet his/her doom, you took your last swing and shouted; "Dice! I need more DICE!"

then you rolled up a new character.
MrTTAO 6th Dec 2012, 2:14 AM edit delete reply
everyone should have rolled a cleric, they are the gods of DnD.

Hehehe I know the group I run with could use at least one more cleric!

Thank you! Pushing myself along trying to better every page in some way or another. Doesn't always work, but at least I learn a little something every time.
