The cult leader confronts the Dwarven war band. The Dark Mage has almost completed his work. The Machine is set to be loosed upon the world!

Ive been working with photoshop for a short while and having fun learning as I go. I hope to start coloring the strip soon. =)

The art looks prettycool as is. I'm sure colouring it will give it a new dimension. I guess you're producing this comic the traditional way? Keep up the good work.

Thanks =D

Yes Ive been doing pretty much everything by hand. Ive been working in photoshop for the last couple months learning how to clean up and color my work.

The next update (Friday) is the first page that I started adding in shading. By page 15 I started doing coloring. Right now I'm about 6 weeks ahead of what you guys are seeing now.

I could go back and fix the earlier stuff, but I want to keep my original work as is and build on that. It gives the strip a sense of growth, which is something Ive always enjoyed when reading other peoples stuff.

I envy your stuff because its just so polished right from the start. Its really just fantastic!

I like what you're doing with the background. Important elements in white, and the rest in very light grey. It's subtle enough not to be noticed at first sight, yet it's effective!

Thanks. That was something I sort of backed into, since the grey comes from my scanner. (not exactly sure how) I was looking for something to dull and dirty up the less important elements, so I just left them as is and cleaned-up what I wanted to stand out.

Thanks! This was fun to draw, and I tried to get in as many details as seemed reasonable.
