This one goes out to Centcomm of Datachasers ( fame, because she and Tokyo Rose did the best cookie joke I have ever seen in a comic!

WHOA Sweet Cross OVer!!! LOL!
Cookies are awesome too!

Yesterday I told my wife if I ever open up a store that sells cookies, I'd name it "Crunchy Country" It would also sell other crunchy things. Maybe I'll put it in MD ;D

Oooooo! Put it in the comic! Crunchy Country would be an awesome place for the gang to hang out in front of, behind, or...well, ok even inside.

Every so often I like to sneak these into the mix. Mostly for my own amusement. I am easily entertained. Heck, for most of the first chapter my main character was stark naked!

And if I had thought it though, he would probably have been forced to wear a sun dress.

Wow... all this color and texture! I just popped in because you commented for me, and I'm already jealous of your computer skills. That stuff goes really slow for me.

Thanks for coming by to take a gander!

And yes, the more I learn in photoshop (I had never touched the program before, and now, 10 months later, I realize I still know very little), the longer it takes me to finish a page. But I have to be honest, to me the results I get make all the extra time worth it.

How long to you spend choosing fonts? Be honest.
Draginbeard 3rd May 2013, 12:35 AM edit delete reply
Sound effect fonts take the longest. I fish around for a good 20 minutes, then tinker with the fx a little, bend here, twist there, shadow, strike... ect. ect. I do this with every page I need them in.

Characters had their fonts set early on.

I switched from hand lettering toward the end of the first chapter mostly because I struggled so badly with just the one style, learning a different style for each character? Pffft! just shoot me now.
